No speedo but its easier over their, because of the age limit, And no the driving age limit worldwide is at least 17. But there is people who can train you how to drive from the age of 12.

yes worldwide which gives the americans rules to break bc their age limit is 15 to drive 18 to drink so i'd rather live in UK 16 to drink 17 to drive 18 to go nightclubs xD

in germany it is not "allowed" at the age of 12. but its quite easy to get beer and cigs etc.
